Message from the Worshipful Master

Greetings All,

On behalf of the Officers and Brethren of Avonmore Lodge, I welcome you. 

I am honoured to have been elected the Worshipful Master for the 2007 - 2008 Masonic year.   As is the case with Masonry in general, Avonmore Lodge has a particular diverse mix of Brethren with various occupations and from all ages.  Recently we have had several new candidates join our Lodge, which provides our Brethren with opportunities for Degree Work and Masonic Education which will continue well into the Fall.  The Official Visit from Right Worshipful Bro. Jack Tousaw, District Deputy Grand Master of Eastern District, will be on March 17, 2008.

Although, we each had our own reasons for becoming Masons, it is the common bond of fellowship that unites all Masons throughout the world.  At Avonmore Lodge we encourage our Brethren to visit other Lodges and of course, visitors are always welcome.
